The Kingdom of Ingary has been in a state of peace for a long time. It's been many years since the King has had to call upon the magicians of the country for its defense. In that time, technology has made great strides in its evolution. But the gadgeteers are beginning to find that many magicians don't approve of this progression. Magic can't do everything, but those who practice it would like to think that it can. Gadgeteers, on the other hand, are filling in the blanks; even against the wishes of the Kingdom, they're doing their best to create the best inventions available. They're within the realm of the law, certainly; but, if it's magicians vs. gadgeteers, the latter are definitely the underdogs.
